We are hiring a CRM Executive with mandatory experience in the PTL (Part Truck Load) logistics industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer coordination, shipment tracking, load planning follow-ups, and ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to PTL shipment bookings, tracking, and delivery status.

• Coordinate with branches, hubs, and line-haul teams for load movement and consolidation.

• Follow up on load connections and transshipment across multiple locations.

• Ensure timely POD collection and sharing with customers.

• Monitor shipment TAT and proactively inform clients about delays.

• Maintain daily MIS reports and update CRM systems accurately.

• Coordinate with operations team for pickup scheduling and delivery planning.

• Resolve service complaints and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work closely with billing team for freight confirmation and discrepancy resolution.

Required Skills:

• Must have hands-on experience in PTL operations and load management.

• Good knowledge of hub-and-spoke model and multi-location pickup.

• Strong understanding of surface cargo movement across Pan India network.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage pressure and multiple shipments simultaneously.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in PTL logistics is mandatory.
