📍 Location: Gurgaon (GGN)
👥 Role: Team Lead Operations - Fraud & Disputes
📅 Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead
⏰ Shift: Rotational Shifts
📌 Preference: Immediate Joiners
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team handling Fraud & Disputes operations.
Drive team productivity, quality, and SLA adherence.
Handle escalations and support resolution of complex cases.
Conduct coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with risk and process guidelines.
Manage stakeholder communication and operational reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
1- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
2- Experience in Fraud Operations, Disputes, Chargebacks, Transaction Monitoring, or Risk Operations.
3-Strong communication, analytical, and people management skills.
4- Graduate in any discipline.
Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
