We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-voice Chat process team. The role involves handling customer queries and support through chat based communication channels, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries via Chat in a Professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate Information and resolve issues efficiently without voice interaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and quality standards.
