Job Summary

Elpido is looking for a Customer Support & Operations Executive to handle customer queries, coordinate with service partners, and support day-to-day operations. The role involves customer communication, partner coordination, booking management, and operational follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service partners regarding availability, bookings, and service requirements.

• Monitor partner attendance, punctuality, and service completion.

• Ensure customer bookings are accepted and fulfilled on time.

• Follow up with partners regarding bookings, onboarding, verification, and pending requirements.

• Coordinate partner documentation, uniform collection, and activation.

• Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, and other support channels.

• Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and service-related concerns.

• Resolve customer and partner issues or escalate them to the appropriate team.

• Monitor cancellations, delays, and unfulfilled bookings and take necessary action.

• Maintain accurate records of partners, bookings, onboarding, and customer issues.

• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Management teams for operational activities.

• Collect customer feedback and identify recurring service issues.

• Support the team in improving customer and partner experience.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle customer and partner conversations professionally.

• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, mobile applications, and computers.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with making calls, following up with partners, assisting customers, coordinating bookings, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.
