Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Aftersales Executive to handle post-warranty and service-related operations for modular products such as Kitchens, Wardrobes, Vanities, Crockery Units, TV Units, and related products.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer service requests, handling warranty-related communication, managing customer grievances, coordinating with studios and internal teams, maintaining CRM/service records, and ensuring smooth aftersales support as per company standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Warranty & Service Coordination

• Handle all aftersales activities after warranty issuance.

• Coordinate warranty card issuance to customers.

• Arrange and schedule free service visits as per brand standards.

• Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service requests.

Customer Communication

• Communicate professionally with customers and studios regarding aftersales concerns.

• Handle customer grievances and escalations calmly and effectively.

• Provide technical guidance and service updates to customers/studios.

Coordination & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with Installation, Production, and Service Teams for issue closure.

• Arrange technician visits and service support when required.

• Follow up on pending service cases until closure.

Warranty & Policy Management

• Maintain and explain warranty policies and conditions.

• Verify warranty eligibility before processing claims.

• Maintain proper warranty documents and service records.

CRM & Documentation

• Update CRM/service software regularly with complaint and service details.

• Maintain daily reports, service call records, warranty data, and closure status.

• Track pending complaints and ensure timely updates.

Process Improvement

• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product/service improvement.

• Support in improving customer satisfaction and aftersales processes.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi+ Regional Language any)

• Customer handling and escalation management

• Basic technical understanding of modular furniture/interiors

• Coordination and follow-up skills

• Problem-solving attitude

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Email communication, and CRM systems

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
