l Good communication skills (Tamil and English)

l Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and take rotational week-offs

l Any Diploma graduate

Job Description:

· Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism

· Address queries, complaints, and service requests

· Document customer interactions and details accurately

· Stay updated on company products, services, and policies

· Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

· Adhere to internal standards and guidelines for call handling

Compensation:
We offer from 20,000 to 22,000 has Take home along with attendance bonuses, retention bonuses, and night shift allowances.
