Eligibility Criteria:

l Any graduate ( with arrears or dropouts will be considered)

l Any diploma graduate

l Good communication skills in Tamil/ Hindi/ Malayalam

l  Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and take rotational week-offs

Job Description:

l Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism

l Address queries, complaints, and service requests

l Document customer interactions and details accurately

l Stay updated on company products, services, and policies

l Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

l Adhere to internal standards and guidelines for call handling

Compensation Details:

l Tamil Speaking Candidate: ₹15,000 per month

l Malayalam Speaking Candidate: ₹20,000 per month

l Hindi Speaking Candidate: ₹20,000 per month

Additionally, we offer an attendance bonus of ₹1,000 and performance-based incentives of up to ₹3,000 per month
