We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Swiggy Dineout process.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing accurate information through voice support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries related to Swiggy Dineout services
Maintain proper call records and follow process guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Bengali preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Salary: Up to ₹17,000 CTC
Working Days: 6 days (1 rotational week off)
Shift: Rotational
Facility: Drop available within 5–10 km radius
