Location: Sector V, Kolkata (Hybrid Mode)

Work Model (HYBRID):

• Training Period: First 40 days will be fully Work from Office (WFO).

• Post-Training: 4 Days Work From Home + 2 Days Work From Office.

• Drop facility will be provided during odd hours for WFO.

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 CTC

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shifts

• 9 Hours (Including 1-Hour Break)

• 6 Days Working

• 1 Rotational Week Off

Eligibility:

• Fluent in English & Hindi Communication

• Comfortable with Voice & Non-Voice Process

• Must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas

System Requirements:

• Personal Laptop (i3 10th Gen / i5 8th Gen or above)

• Stable Broadband Connection

Interview Process:

• HR Round

• RAG Round

• Assessment Test

• IT Round

• Complete Interview Process is Virtual except Assessment.

• Assessment needs to be given from the office.
