Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally through appropriate communication channels.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns within the defined process guidelines.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Meet quality and productivity targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive attitude and professional approach.
Prior customer support/BPO experience preferred.
