🔹 Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls / chats / emails professionally

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate & timely solutions

Follow company SOPs and escalation procedures

Maintain proper records of customer interactions

Ensure customer satisfaction with polite and solution-oriented communication

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

Language Skills:

Voice Process: Good spoken English & Hindi

Non-Voice Process: Decent typing & written communication

Willing to work in rotational shifts

Comfortable with office-based work only

Basic computer knowledge

Good listening & communication skills

Calm attitude while handling customers
