The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 0.5 years of experience and must have excellent English speaking skills. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Rotational shift.
