Customer Support Executives
• Location: Hyderabad
• Type: Full-time/Shifts
• Experience: 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via chat, call, and WhatsApp across B2C, B2B, and TPL models
• Provide timely resolution for both sales and service-related concerns
• Track open support tickets and follow up until closure
• Maintain accurate customer records and dispositions in CercleOS
• Adhere to the escalation matrix as needed
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred)
• High levels of empathy and patience in handling diverse customers
• Good typing speed and familiarity with chat tools (e.g., Gallabox)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends
