Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Experience: 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat, calls, and WhatsApp across B2C, B2B, and TPL models.
Provide prompt resolutions for both sales and service-related concerns.
Track open support tickets and follow up until closure.
Maintain accurate customer records and dispositions in CercleOS.
Follow the escalation matrix when required.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
High levels of empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customers.
Good typing speed and familiarity with chat tools (e.g., Gallabox).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends.
