Job Title: Customer Service Executive (English, Hindi & Malayalam)

Company: WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on Interview Performance)

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Sundays & 1st and 3rd Saturdays

Overtime: Paid as per company policy

About the Role:

WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our Diabetes Helpline Team. The role involves providing post-sales support to patients using Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS) and ensuring a seamless customer experience through calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries professionally.

• Assist customers with document verification and related queries.

• Resolve product-related questions and provide accurate information.

• Guide patients on post-sales support for CGMS devices.

• Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Process Details:

• Process Type: Blended (Voice, Email & Chat)

• Industry: Healthcare / Medical Devices

• Work with a leading pharmaceutical company that manufactures advanced medical devices, including Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS), pacemakers, and brain therapy devices.

• Be part of the dedicated after-sales customer care team supporting patients across India.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Nutrition is mandatory.

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in •English, Hindi, and Malayalam••.

• Basic knowledge of healthcare or medical devices will be an added advantage.
