Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via chat process in a timely and professional manner.
Manage inbound and outbound calls for customer support and follow-ups.
Address and resolve customer escalations on calls effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and updates.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and quality support.
