Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information about company products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

• Resolve customer concerns and queries professionally and efficiently.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.

• Ensure timely responses to customer queries.

• Support day-to-day customer service and related administrative activities.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.

Eligibility & Skills

• Education: Any Computer Science Degree.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
