We Have an Opening for a Customer Support Executive!
We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and chats, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and online chats.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers with their concerns.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and purchase inquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer interaction records and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce will be an advantage.
