About the Role

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance is hiring Customer Relationship Executives to join its growing team. This role involves interacting with customers, explaining life insurance products, assisting them with policy-related information, and providing support throughout the application process. The position is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in the insurance and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers to provide information about life insurance products.

• Explain policy features, benefits, and eligibility criteria in a clear and professional manner.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Assist customers with policy applications and required documentation.

• Follow up with customers regarding application status and required information.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth policy processing.

• Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.

• Address customer queries and provide prompt assistance.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.

• Ensure all interactions comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Comfortable interacting with customers over phone.
