We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Caller Executives to join our team. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication skills in the required regional language and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.

Follow up with customers regarding services and process-related requirements.

Maintain accurate call records and update system data.

Ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.

Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and calling guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: PUC or Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Kannada or Tamil.

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Candidates with Collections, Customer Support, Telecalling, or BPO experience will have an added advantage.

DRA Certification is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good customer handling ability.

Active listening and problem-solving skills.

Basic MS Office and system handling knowledge.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Profile
