Hiring for customer support & telesales roles

• Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

• Job Type: Full-time, work from office

• Work Shift: Day shift with rotating days off.

Available Roles

1. Customer Support (SBI Process)

• Experience: Freshers can apply.

• Education: Open to graduates and undergraduates.

• Salary: ₹16,000 take-home (₹20,000 CTC).

• Languages: You must speak English AND one of these: Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, or Hindi. (Note: No openings for Telugu).

• Job Role: Answer customer questions and help them with their issues.

2. Content Moderation

• Experience: Freshers can apply.

• Education: Open to graduates and undergraduates.

• Salary: ₹16,000 take-home (₹20,000 CTC).

• Languages: Good English is required + any other language.

• Job Role: Check online content to make sure it follows company rules.

3. Customer Support & Sales (Malabar Process)

• Experience: 1 year of experience required.

• Education: You must have a college degree (Graduate mandatory).

• Salary: ₹20,000 take-home (₹24,000 CTC).

• Languages: You must speak English AND one of these: Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.

• Job Role: Talk to customers on phone calls and handle sales goals.

4. Customer Support (Puma Process)

• Experience: 1 year of experience required.

• Education: You must have a college degree (Graduate mandatory).

• Salary: ₹21,000 take-home (₹24,000 CTC).

• Languages: You must speak fluent English AND Hindi.

• Job Role: Help customers with product and shopping questions.
