Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Banking Sales (Freshers)

A Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) builds and maintains customer relationships through digital channels while promoting the bank’s products and services to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with assigned customers regularly and provide a good digital banking experience.

• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable bank products.

• Handle customer calls, resolve queries, and record interactions in the CRM system.

• Promote digital banking services and manage customer complaints.

• Build long-term relationships and support customer retention.

• Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling products (TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.).

• Follow all banking policies, compliance rules, and ensure proper documentation.

Eligibility:

• Graduate (any stream).

• Freshers can apply (0–1 year experience preferred).

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of banking products.

• Good communication skills.

• Customer service and sales skills.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

• Ability to build and manage customer relationships.
