Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, payments, and company policies.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and within the required timeframe.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as per business requirements.

• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication style.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending requests, complaints, refunds, exchanges, or service issues.

• Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately in the CRM or company system.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Technical Support to resolve customer issues.

• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate senior team.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Follow company policies, processes, quality standards, and data-security guidelines.

• Achieve assigned targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, call handling, and issue resolution.

• Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports when required.

• Identify recurring customer problems and share feedback with the concerned team for process improvement.

• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests.

• Handle customers patiently, especially during difficult or escalated situations.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good listening skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
