Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Location: Gopalan, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Update customer details in the system.

Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility:

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (50% Freshers & 50% Experienced).

Good communication skills in English and any one regional language: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada.

Willing to work in a voice process.

Salary:

CTC: ₹23,000 per month

Take Home: ₹22,500 per month

Job Description 2: Sales Executive – APOLLO (Insurance Process)

Job Title: Sales Executive – Insurance Process

Location: Gopalan, Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers and explain insurance products.

Generate sales through calls and customer interactions.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects.

Eligibility:

Graduate or Undergraduate.

Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and any one regional language.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Salary:

CTC: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Take Home: ₹21,500 – ₹24,500 per month
