• Assist customers with troubleshooting-related issues.

• Handle customer queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.

• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.

• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.

• Effectively communicate with customers in both English and Hindi.
