Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate resolutions.
Understand customer concerns and resolve issues as per process guidelines.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with customers in English and Hindi.
Accurately record customer interactions and update information in the system.
Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team.
Meet productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric attitude with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/support systems.
Willingness to work from the office.
Comfortable with a 6-day work week and 1 rotational weekly off.
Comfortable working on a day shift.
