Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Zomato / Pureit / Rapido Process)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for voice processes for Zomato, Pureit, and Rapido. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer queries and providing timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively

• Provide accurate information about services/products

• Maintain professional communication with customers

• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Manageable English communication is acceptable

• Knowledge of any one language: Kannada / Tamil / Hindi is mandatory

• Versant Level 2 or 3 required

Salary: ₹11,770 – ₹14,000 per month

Interview Process:

• Only 2 rounds of interview

Note: Immediate joiners preferred.
