Languages Required

Candidates with proficiency in any one of the following languages can apply:

• Tamil

• Malayalam

• Telugu

• Kannada

Shift Timings

Female Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM

General Language Candidates:

• CTC: ₹20,000/month

Shift Allowance: ₹1,200, paid once every 3 months

Malayalam Language Candidates:

• CTC: ₹20,000/month

  Language Allowance: ₹1,800

• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200, paid once every 3 months

Working Days

• 6 days a week

• 1 rotational week off

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to banking products and services.

• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.

• Handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.

• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.

• Follow banking process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department.

• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

• Basic computer knowledge.
