Job Overview

Teleperformance Global Services Private Limited is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Banking Process. The role involves handling customer interactions, resolving banking-related queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries related to banking products and services.

• Deliver prompt and accurate customer support.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

• Follow quality, compliance, and process guidelines.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

• Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers can apply)

• Age: 18–30 Years

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada (any one language).

• Versant Level 4 is mandatory.

• Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹20,000 per month

• Take Home Salary: ₹16,000 per month

• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)

Malayalam Language Candidates

• CTC: ₹20,000 per month

• Take Home Salary: ₹16,000 per month

• Language Allowance: ₹1,800

• Shift Allowance: ₹1,200 (Paid once every 3 months)

Work Schedule

• Work From Office

• 6 Days Working

• 1 Rotational Week Off

Shift Timings

• Female Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 working hours)

• Male Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Any 9 working hours)
