Job Summary
We are hiring Telemarketing Executives (TME) for our Pune office. The role involves outbound cold calling, lead generation, and onboarding new clients. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and basic computer knowledge.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound cold calls to generate business leads.
Onboard new clients and promote company products and services.
Effectively communicate in English and regional languages.
Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate or Post-Graduate.
Undergraduates with up to 1 year of experince are also eligible.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Outbound calling or sales experience preferred (not mandatory).
