We are hiring Customer Care Executives for Voice and Sales processes. The role involves handling customer calls, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, providing information about products/services, and creating a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about products and services.

Manage and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Communicate product/service details clearly and address customer concerns.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Build positive customer relationships through effective communication.

Follow up with customers whenever required.

Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and performance goals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the system.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

Age: 18 to 30 years.

English: Fluent English communication is mandatory.

Regional Language: Proficiency in any one of the following:

Hindi

Marathi

Tamil

Telugu

Malayalam

Kannada

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to empathize with customers and understand their concerns.

Prior experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.

Freshers may also apply, depending on process requirements.
