Job Overview

iSON Xperiences is hiring Customer Support Executives for its Bommanahalli facility. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding prepaid and postpaid telecom services, ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls professionally and address customer queries.

Assist subscribers with troubleshooting connectivity, network, and handset configuration issues.

Manage queries regarding prepaid plans, postpaid billing, recharges, value-added services (VAS), and account status.

Provide accurate and comprehensive information while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Strive to resolve customer concerns on the first call (First Call Resolution - FCR) while maintaining defined Average Handling Time (AHT) and quality parameters.

Maintain accurate records of caller interactions and feedback in the CRM database.

Candidate Eligibility & Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) or Any Graduate / Diploma holder.

Languages: Good proficiency in English and Hindi (mandatory); knowledge of Kannada or other regional languages is an added advantage.

Communication Skills: Clear articulation, polite phone etiquette, and active listening abilities.

Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational shifts and flexible schedules according to business requirements.

Technical Skills: Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
