Job Description – Customer Support Associate (FRM Process)

Position: Customer Support Associate

Process: FRM Process

Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via voice and/or non-voice support.

- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.

- Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.

- Accurately update customer information in the system.

- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).

- Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts.

- Graduates are preferred; undergraduates may also apply.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary

Freshers

- Monthly CTC: ₹16,000

- Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹11,240

Experienced (Minimum 1 Year Experience)

- Monthly CTC: ₹18,000

- Approximate In-hand Salary: ₹13,163

- Quarterly Performance Bonus: ₹3,192

Work Schedule

- 6 working days per week

- 1 rotational weekly off

- Total shift duration: 9 hours

- 8 working hours + 1-hour break
