Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a tele caller to join our team at VGM Consultant handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to BPO. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹11,000 - ₹18,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products

• Handle inbound customer queries professionally

• Generate leads and follow up for conversions

• Maintain call records and update customer data

• Build and maintain good customer relationships Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
