Role Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide quick and effective solutions. The role involves assisting customers with orders, payments, deliveries, refunds, cancellations. Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills and an understanding of field operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and chat.

• Assist customers with order-related issues, including delays, cancellations, missing items, and incorrect orders.

• Handle and resolve delivery partner issues, including delivery delays, order-related problems, payment concerns, app-related issues, and coordination with customers/restaurants.

• Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.

• Assist with refunds, payments, coupons, offers, and order modifications.

• Follow up on unresolved customer complaints until closure.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and achieve customer satisfaction targets.

• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

• Follow company policies, processes, and service standards.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm and polite while handling customer complaints.

• Customer-service-oriented attitude.

• Freshers can apply; experience in customer support/BPO/food delivery is an advantage.
