We are hiring Customer Service Advisor for International Blended UK Process.
Position: Customer Service Advisor – International Blended Process
Location: Thane Kisan Nagar Wagale Estate
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries via Inbound calls, emails and chats
Provide timely, accurate and effective solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback and queries.
Ensure every customer interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency and care.
Educational Qualifications:
HSC or Bachelor's Degree (any stream).
Experience:
Freshers are welcome to apply!
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or BPO preferred.
Prior experience in an International Call Centre will be considered an added advantage
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in rotational day shifts between 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM (5 days working).
