Job description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive in inbound and outbound voice processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers' queries and providing timely and accurate assistance.
Key responsibilities :
1. Responding to customers' queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
2. Providing customer service through voice interactions.
3. Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.
