We’re looking for someone to join our team and handle customer support + event operations for an event booking platform.
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai
💼 Role: Customer Support & Operations
What you’ll be doing:

• Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, phone & email
  

• Resolve issues related to bookings, payments, tickets, refunds & events
  

• Assist customers with check-in, QR codes & seating-related queries
  

• Follow up on open issues until resolution
  

• Handle customer escalations professionally
  

• Monitor bookings, cancellations, payments and customer requests
  

• Coordinate with Event, Sales, Finance & Tech teams
  

• Support event-day operations
  

• Maintain records of complaints, refunds and resolutions
  

• Prepare basic MIS / operational reports
  

Who would be a good fit:

• Good communication skills
  

• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone/WhatsApp
  

• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
  

• Able to handle multiple issues during events
  

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  

• Prior experience in customer support, event operations, ticketing or similar roles is a plus
