- Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism

- Always ensure a positive customer experience

- Conduct consultative interactions with potential customers.

- Perform detailed need analysis and recommend best-fit solutions.

- Provide product information and clarify product-related queries.

- Warm-transfer qualified leads to the Store team.

- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure premium customer experience

✅ Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate

• Experience: 0 2 years (Freshers welcome!)

• Languages: Excellent English & Hindi communication (mandatory)

• Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Strong interpersonal & listening skills

• Customer-first approach with patience & professionalism

• Willingness to learn & grow

• Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales (preferred, not mandatory)
