Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)
Location: Bhubaneswar (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who have strong communication skills and are looking to start their career in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions properly in the system

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers are welcome to apply
Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
Both male and female candidates can apply

Shift Details:

Females: Fixed Day Shift
Males: Rotational Shifts

Work Schedule:

6 days working
Rotational week off
