Role Summary

We are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee B2B travel operations for Bali. The role includes managing bookings, coordinating with vendors, assisting agents, and ensuring smooth execution of itineraries.
Candidates with travel industry experience will be given preference.
Knowledge of Gujarati or Tamil is an added benefit to handle regional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bookings for hotels, transfers, activities, and sightseeing in Bali

• Coordinate with Bali-based vendors for confirmations, changes, and updates

• Ensure itineraries run smoothly and on time

• Manage modifications and cancellations in internal systems

• Communicate with Indian travel agents via email, WhatsApp, and phone

• Prepare travel-related documents such as vouchers, invoices, and confirmations

• Address on-ground issues and monitor guest feedback

• Collaborate with the sales and quotation teams for seamless handovers

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream

• Experience in the travel/tourism industry preferred

• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities

• Fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati or Tamil preferred)

• Good understanding of Bali’s destinations and travel services

• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and booking tools

• Ability to stay calm and handle problems efficiently
