📌 Customer Support Executive (Internal Calling) – Responsibilities
Handle internal calls with sales, production, and dispatch teams
Coordinate order details between departments
Follow up for order status, production updates, and dispatch
Maintain proper communication flow inside the company
Update order details in system (Excel/CRM)
Support team in resolving internal issues related to orders
Assist in documentation and reporting work
