We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team Transit Point Logistics Pvt Ltd -Mahipalpur . This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Logistics . The role offers CTC Salary and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to customers to resolve their issues
Making MIS reports
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 1-5 Years Experience . You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Must have good Ms Excel knowledge and typing speed. Should understand and speak basic English as a second language. Good E-mail writing skills. Candidates from Courier/Cargo/Logistics industry are preferred. CVs with a clear picture (at least passport size) will be considered on priority.
6 Working Days week during the Day shift.
