🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Success Associate | Process (Domestic)

📍 Location: Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

💼 Open Roles:

🔹 CX & MX (Customer Support) - Agents will handle customer queries and merchant queries related to product/service

🔹 ML Promo (Telesales) - Work related to offers, promotions, campaigns, or marketing communication for product/service users.

💰 Salary:

💸 Fresher: ₹23,000 CTC

💸 Experienced: Up to ₹26,000 CTC (based on role & experience)

📆 6 Days Working | ⏰ 24/7 Rotational Shifts

👩‍💼 Female Shift Window: 7 AM – 8 PM

🚖 Cab Facility: Not Available
