Transcom is hiring dynamic candidates for the role of Telecaller / Customer Support Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer queries, providing accurate product or service information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires maintaining proper call records, following communication scripts when required, and escalating complex issues to the concerned department.
The candidate should possess strong verbal communication skills, active listening ability, and a customer-focused attitude. Basic computer knowledge is required for updating customer details, tracking conversations, and using CRM systems. Candidates with telecalling, BPO, customer support, or voice process experience will be preferred, though freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
The role may involve rotational shifts, target handling, and maintaining service quality standards as per company guidelines.

Good communication skills in English & regional language
