Permanent Hiring - Work From Office - 5Days Working

No Sales / No Target

We are currently having openings in our Voice Process (L2) – 100% work from office in permanent mode.

·        Designation-

·        Customer Support Associate (L2).

·        Job Profile-

·        Have to resolute customer’s query Voice Call

·        Mandatory Criteria-

·        Min HS Passed.

·        Fresher & experienced both can apply

·        Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process

·        Customer orientation.

·        Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts

·        No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining

·        5 Days working 2 days’ rotational week off

·        10 hour of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1-hour break

·        Should have a typing speed of 30WPM with 90% accuracy

·        Interview Structure-

·        HR round - General check. –

·        Typing Test

·        OPS round – General Check

·        Voice Versant (V4 and above)

·        PMAP

·        Client Round – Video Call

·        Payouts –

·        Salary for minimum 6 months’ experience candidate – Approx 15.3k – 16k in-hand based on interview and versant score

·        Fresher- 15 k Approx in hand

·        Pick up or drop for odd shifts

·        Training Can be at night.

·        Documents Required –

·        Education Mark sheets

·        Aadhar Card

·        Pan Card

·        Offer letter, Exp Letter & last 3 months pay slips (for experienced people only)
