Banking Process – 150+ Openings (Freshers Eligible)

Location: Hebbal

*Job Responsibilities*

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats regarding banking products, services, loans, and credit cards.

Query Resolution: Troubleshoot transaction failures, incorrect charges, and online banking login issues.

Compliance: Follow strict banking regulations, data privacy standards, and company policies on every interaction.

Documentation: Accurately update customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

*Education:* Undergraduate / Graduate

*Experience:* Freshers can apply

*Working Days:* 6 days (1 rotational week off)

*Versant Level Required:* 4

*Shift Timings:*

Female Candidates: Between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours)
