Job Summary

Technotask Business Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Support Associate (CSA). The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through voice and non-voice communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat, as per process requirements.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and customer concerns.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

• Meet daily performance targets and maintain quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Fluent and confident English communication skills are required.

• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
