Job Summary
This role requires you to talk with students and parents from around the world to make sure their needs are met. It does not involve selling or travelling. It involves mostly being nice and trying to help students. Also, we are a young company. As we grow, you will be expected to learn other things and grow with us.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
You have a minimum score of 70% in your last degree.
You are someone who loves to talk and isn't scared of talking on the phone for 8 hours a day.
You have excellent spoken and written English skills.
You are empathetic - you speak as if you care because you do.
You understand things quickly.
You can work with minimum supervision.
You are comfortable with computers and the internet in general.
Due to our global user base, the role may occasionally require short-duration calls aligned with international time zones.
