We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle client queries, assist travel agents/suppliers, and ensure smooth booking & service experience. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers and provide timely resolutions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat

• Assist clients with bookings, cancellations & modifications

• Coordinate with internal teams, travel agents & suppliers

• Provide accurate information about travel services/packages

• Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

🎯 Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream)

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)

• Customer handling & problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude & patience

💡 Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience in customer support / travel industry

• Knowledge of travel bookings, visa, hotel or ticketing
